The Woman’s Touch Ministry is made up of ladies who volunteer their time and energy to assist people who are temporarily immobile. They seek to remove a little stress as people recover from surgery, illness, etc. and are unable to perform some basic tasks around the house.
This temporary service can assist those with temporary disabilities or illnesses (non-contagious please!), broken limbs, and surgery. The women’s touch can help out by warming and serving food, washing dishes, performing some light cleaning, emptying trash, and running some errands close to home.
We are not able to handle or move disabled individuals or disburse medication.
When you call:
Please let us know how we can help out; any specific preferences you may have; if you have allergies to any household cleaning items; and if we can pick up (reimbursable) groceries for you.
Please contact Melissa Hughes at (562) 920-0605 (please leave a message) or by email.
