My role at SCG allows me to interact with each department on a regular basis. This allows me to see what God is doing in each area of our church and share in the excitement of how that is making an impact for the Kingdom of God.
While owning my own business, I had reached the point in my life that I felt I needed to do more for God. My life was becoming more about my business and what the world viewed as success versus doing something that could have a longer and more meaningful impact. I felt that God could use me on a more relevant basis and during that waiting period in my life, God opened the doors and cleared a pathway for me to join the team at SCG.

God has a plan for your life. We have to trust God and believe that he has the master plan for our lives. You cannot sit and wait for God to make things happen but allow him to open the doors for you in your life and trust in him as you walk through those doors. That does not guarantee every day will be without a struggle but remember that God will not waste a hurt.
My favorite word is family. The thought of family and interaction with my family brings peace, perspective and positive thoughts to me. Family simply is the one word that has great meaning on every level of my life.
Nothing makes me laugh; I don’t like anything or anybody so why would I laugh?
