Sound Technology Consultants Hired


Summer 2007

Existing auditorium renovated, effectively increased capacity by 300+ seats


Fall 2007

Conceptual site design developed for new auditorium and parking expansion


November 2007

Soil testing performed
Conceptual architecture for auditorium designed


January 2008

Conceptual parking lot plan prepared


Early 2008

Proposals requested from general contractors


April 2008

Preliminary site plan submitted to City of Cypress


July 2008

Fuscoe Engineering hired to prepare grading and parking plans


October 2008

Calvert Architecture hired to complete design of new auditorium and to prepare construction plans.
Second preliminary site plan submitted to City of Cypress


January 2009

Conditional Use Permit application filed with City of Cypress


February 2009

First American Bank authorizes construction loan.


March 2009

JM+LA hired as landscape architect to design plaza area General
Contractor hired.
