El Salvador

Located in Central America, El Salvador is home to over 6.7 million people. In the rural areas where we minister, over half of the inhabitants live below the poverty line and less than 40% have access to clean drinking water. These conditions – while tragic – also represent opportunities for us to demonstrate the love of Christ.

Through our El Salvador-based partner organization, ENLACE, we support local churches as they address challenges in their communities. In the past we have built homes, conducted medical missions and provided training to community leaders. With our support – and a lot of hard work on their part – local churches have gained credibility in their communities and won opportunities to share the life-saving message of the Gospel.

The relationships we have established with local believers over the past five years are both encouraging and deeply rewarding. Those who have participated in this annual trip describe it as a life-changing experience. We hope you will join us on our next trip.
